Step 1: Select the Type of Alcohol

  • Begin by choosing the type of alcoholic beverage you have consumed from the dropdown menu labeled Type of Alcohol.
  • The options include Beer (5%), Wine (12%), Spirits/Hard Liquor (40%), Malt Beverage (7%), and Fortified Wine (14%).
  • This selection is essential as it determines the alcohol percentage used in further calculations.

Step 2: Enter the Volume

  • Move to the field labeled Volume (ml).
  • Input the amount of alcohol in milliliters that you’ve consumed. Ensure the input is between 1 and 5000 ml.
  • This quantity is necessary to calculate the total amount of alcohol ingested.

Step 3: Provide Your Weight

  • Input your body weight in kilograms in the field titled Your Weight (kg).
  • The value should be between 30 and 300 kg.
  • Your weight will be used in computing your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).

Step 4: Select Gender

  • Choose your gender from the Gender dropdown menu. The options are Male and Female, corresponding to average body water content percentages.

  • Standard Drinks: This calculation represents the number of standard alcohol drinks you’ve had.
