Step 1: Enter the First Day of Your Last Period
- Locate the field labeled “First Day of Last Period”.
- Click on the input field to open the date picker.
- Select the date corresponding to the first day of your most recent menstrual period. Ensure that it falls between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024.
- This field is mandatory, so a date must be entered to proceed.
Step 2: Enter Your Average Cycle Length
- Find the field with the label “Average Cycle Length (days)”.
- Input your average menstrual cycle length in days. Acceptable values range between 21 and 35 days.
- This value is required for the calculations.
Step 3: Input Your Average Period Length
- Look for the field right below labeled as “Average Period Length (days)”.
- Enter a number between 2 and 7 that represents the duration of your menstrual flow.
- This field is also required to continue with the process.
Step 4: Review the Results
Once you’ve completed entering your data, the calculator will process the following information:
- Next Period Start Date: The estimated start date of your next period.
- Next Period End Date: The anticipated last day of your next period.
- Fertile Window: The window during which you are most likely to be fertile, including a start and end date.
