1. Input Travel Details

  – In the “Duration of Trip (Days)” field, input the number of days for your trip. Ensure the number is between 1 and 365.
• Enter Number of Travelers:
  – Specify how many people will be traveling. The value should be between 1 and 20.

2. Select Transportation and Accommodation

• Choose Transportation Type:
  – Select your preferred mode of transportation (Flight, Train, Bus, or Car Rental) from the dropdown menu. Each option affects the calculation of transportation costs differently.
• Select Accommodation Type:
  – Pick the type of accommodation (Luxury Hotel, Mid-Range Hotel, Budget Hotel, or Hostel) from the options provided. The choice will influence the overall accommodation cost for your trip.

3. Enter Additional Costs

• Input Transportation Cost per Person:
  – Enter the base transportation cost per person, ensuring it’s a non-negative value.
• Select Daily Food Budget:
  – Select a daily food budget option per person from the available choices (High-End Dining, Mid-Range Dining, or Budget Dining).
• Enter Daily Activities Budget per Person:
  – Specify the daily budget for activities for each traveler. It should be a non-negative amount.

4. Set Trip Start Date

• Select Start Date:
  – Choose the start date of your trip. Ensure the date is between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025.

5. Review the Results

After filling in all the necessary fields, the calculator will display the following results:

• Total Transportation Cost: The total cost for transportation, calculated based on the number of travelers, transportation cost per person, and transportation type.
