How to Use the Age Grade Calculator

Step 1: Enter Your Birth Date

Begin by entering your birth date. Click on the date field labeled Birth Date and select your date from the calendar. Make sure the date falls between January 1, 1900 and December 31, 2024.

Step 2: Select Your Gender

Choose your gender from the options provided in the Gender dropdown list. You can select either Male or Female. This selection is required to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Race Distance

In the field labeled Race Distance (meters), input the total distance of the race in meters. The value must be between 100 and 100,000 meters. This step is crucial for calculating your age grade.

Step 4: Enter Finish Time

Fill in the Finish Time (seconds) box with the time you took to complete the race, measured in seconds. Ensure that the time entered is between 1 second and 86,400 seconds (one day).

  • Current Age: The calculator will automatically calculate and display your current age in years based on the birth date you provided.
