How to Use the Flight Mileage Calculator
This Flight Mileage Calculator helps you estimate the mileage you can earn based on your travel preferences. Follow these steps to use the calculator effectively:
Step 1: Select Departure Airport
Start by choosing your departure airport from the dropdown list. The available options are:
- New York (JFK)
- Los Angeles (LAX)
- London Heathrow (LHR)
- Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG)
- Dubai (DXB)
- Tokyo Haneda (HND)
- Singapore Changi (SIN)
Note: Selecting a departure airport is mandatory.
Step 2: Select Arrival Airport
Next, select your arrival airport from the same list of airports. This will allow the calculator to determine the distance between the two airports.

Step 3: Choose Your Flight Class
Choose the class of your flight from the following options:

- Premium Economy
- Business
- First

Enter the number of flights you take per year in the space provided. You can input any number between 1 and 365, as fractional numbers are not allowed.

Step 6: Calculate Your Results
Once you have entered all the required information, the calculator will compute the following:
- Base Flight Miles: The distance between your specified departure and arrival airports.
- Class Adjusted Miles: The base miles multiplied by a factor based on your chosen flight class.
- Total Trip Miles: The class adjusted miles multiplied by the trip type (One Way or Round Trip).
- Annual Mileage: The total trip miles multiplied by the number of flights per year.
- Frequent Flyer Tier Status: An estimate of your frequent flyer status based on your annual mileage.
