How to Use the Ideal Woman Calculator

The Ideal Woman Calculator is designed to help you calculate various body ratios based on your measurements. Follow the instructions below to accurately input your data and interpret the results.

Step 1: Enter Your Height

Begin by entering your height in centimeters in the field labeled Height (cm). Ensure that your height is between 140 cm and 200 cm. The input must be a number, following a step of 1 cm.

Step 2: Enter Your Waist Circumference

Next, input your waist circumference in centimeters into the field labeled Waist Circumference (cm). The acceptable range for this measurement is between 50 cm and 120 cm, incrementing in whole numbers.

Step 3: Enter Your Hip Circumference

Proceed by entering your hip circumference into the Hip Circumference (cm) field. This measurement should be between 70 cm and 140 cm, entered as a numerical value with increments of 1 cm.

Step 4: Enter Your Bust Circumference

Enter your bust circumference in centimeters in the Bust Circumference (cm) input field. The measurement should range between 70 cm and 140 cm, entered as a number with a step of 1 cm.

Step 5: Select Your Body Type

Choose your body type from the dropdown that is provided under the label Body Type. Options include:

  • Hourglass
  • Pear
  • Apple
  • Rectangle

Step 6: Enter Your Age

In the Age field, input your current age. The age should be a number between 18 and 100.

Step 7: Review Your Calculated Ratios

Once all inputs are entered, the calculator will display several result fields which include:

  • Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR): Displays the ratio of your waist measurement to your hip measurement, rounded to two decimal places.
  • Waist-to-Height Ratio (WHtR): This ratio is calculated by dividing your waist measurement by your height, shown to two decimal places.
  • Bust-to-Waist Ratio: This value is found by dividing your bust measurement by your waist measurement, rounded to two decimal places.
  • Body Symmetry Score: Provides a percentage score indicating symmetry based on the difference between bust and hip measurements.
  • Hourglass Index: This index is calculated with the formula: (bust + hip – waist * 2) / height and is presented to two decimal places.

Use these calculated ratios to better understand your body measurements and their proportions. Remember that these scores and ratios are only numerical representations and should not be used as absolute measures of health or beauty.
