Step 2: Select Your Gender

  • Find the dropdown menu labeled Gender.
  • Select the appropriate option between Male or Female.
  • This selection is crucial as the calculation depends on gender-specific criteria.

Step 3: Enter Push-ups Data

  • Look for the input field labeled Push-ups (2 Minutes).
  • Enter the number of push-ups you can perform in two minutes.
  • The allowed range is from 0 to 200, and this field is required for accurate scoring.

Step 4: Enter Sit-ups Data

  • Locate the input field titled Sit-ups (2 Minutes).
  • Provide the number of sit-ups you can do within the two-minute frame.
  • This input has a range of 0 to 200, and you must complete this field to proceed.

  • Find the section labeled 1.5 Mile Run.
  • Enter the time it took to complete the run by filling in both the Minutes and Seconds fields.
