Select your gender from the dropdown options. You can choose either Male or Female. This information is crucial for calculating body fat percentage accurately.

Step 2: Provide Your Age

Input your age in years. Make sure to enter a value between 18 and 120, as the calculator is intended for adults only.

Step 3: Enter Your Weight

Input your weight in kilograms. Ensure that the weight you enter is within the range of 30 to 300 kg, as values outside this range may not be valid.

Step 4: Enter Your Height

Enter your height in centimeters. The acceptable height range is from 100 to 250 cm, so please provide a value within this range.

Step 5: Measure Neck Circumference

Input the circumference of your neck measured in centimeters. It should be between 20 and 80 cm. Accurate measurement is important for precise calculations.

Step 6: Measure Waist Circumference

Enter your waist circumference in centimeters. Values should range between 40 and 200 cm.

Step 7: Measure Hip Circumference (Females Only)

If you are female, input your hip circumference in centimeters. This field is not mandatory but values should range between 40 and 200 cm for accuracy.

Step 8: Interpret the Results

  • BMI: The calculator will compute your Body Mass Index using the formula: weight / (height/100)^2. The result will be displayed with one decimal place.
  • Body Fat Percentage: Your body fat percentage will be calculated based on your gender and measurements. The result is formatted as a percentage with one decimal place.
  • Lean Body Mass: The calculator determines your lean body mass by subtracting your fat mass from your total weight. It is displayed in kilograms, with one decimal place.
  • Fat Mass: This value is calculated by determining the amount of your body weight that is fat. The result is shown in kilograms with one decimal place.
