Step 1: Enter the Filing Date
- Begin by entering the Filing Date. This should be the date when the motion or legal document was filed.
- The date must be between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2026, as per the validation rules.
- This field is required, so ensure that it is filled accurately.
Step 2: Select the Jurisdiction Type
- Choose the appropriate Jurisdiction Type from the dropdown menu.
- You can select either Federal Court or State Court.
- This field is mandatory, so make sure to make a selection before proceeding.
Step 3: Choose the Motion Type
- Select the Motion Type that corresponds with your filing.
- The options include Summary Judgment, Motion to Dismiss, Discovery Motion, and Default Judgment.
- It is important to select an option, as this field is required for calculating deadlines.
Step 4: Review Calculated Dates and Deadlines
