Find the input field for “Total Distance (miles)”. Input the total number of miles over which you will be transporting your items. Ensure this number falls between 1 and 10,000 miles.

Step 3: Provide Your Weight Allowance

In the field labeled “Weight Allowance (lbs)”, enter the weight allowance you are permitted. This should be a number between 100 and 50,000 lbs. It is advisable to double-check your weight allowance before entering.

Step 4: Select Your Military Rank

• Total Incentive Payment: The sum of your base payment, fuel surcharge, and per diem allowance for a complete overview of your incentive.
• Weight Percentage of Allowance: This percentage, calculated as (totalWeight / weightAllowance) * 100, shows how your total weight compares to your allowed weight.

All financial results are presented in USD, with two decimal places to ensure precision. The weight percentage will be shown with one decimal place.
