Locate the input field labeled Age. Enter your age as a number into the field. Ensure that the value is between 1 and 120 as per the validation rules of the calculator.

Step 2: Select Your Gender

Find the field labeled Gender, and choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu. The options available are Male and Female. Select the option that best describes you.

Step 3: Enter Your Weight

Proceed to the field labeled Weight (kg). Input your weight in kilograms. The weight must be between 20 and 300 kg for the calculation to proceed properly.

Step 4: Choose Your Activity Level

The next input field is labeled Activity Level. Select your activity level from the dropdown list provided. The options range from Sedentary to Extra active, each with a corresponding factor ranging from 1 to 1.8. Choose the level that best matches your daily activity.
