  • Base Price per Person: This calculates the initial expense realized per passenger using the formula: (distance * 0.12 + 50) * flightClass. The result is displayed in USD to two decimal places.
  • Seasonal Adjusted Price: This amount is the base price adjusted for the selected travel season, calculated as basePrice * season, presented in USD.
  • Total Price for All Passengers: Displays the total calculated cost for all travelers: seasonalPrice * passengerCount, formatted as a currency.
  • Trip Duration: Shows the total duration of your trip calculated as the difference in days between the return and departure date. This is displayed in days.
  • Price Per Day: Represents the average daily cost of the trip, calculated by dividing the total price by the trip duration. The result is shown in USD.
  • Carbon Footprint: This calculation provides an estimate of the environmental impact in terms of CO₂ emissions, shown as: distance * 0.115 * passengerCount. The result is displayed in kilograms of CO₂.
