Step 1: Enter Basic Information

  2. Measurement Date: Enter the date on which the infant’s measurements were taken. It must also fall within the range of January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2024.

  3. Gender: Choose the infant’s gender from the dropdown options provided. You can select either ‘Male’ or ‘Female’. This information is critical for calculating accurate percentiles.

Step 2: Input Physical Measurements

  1. Weight: Input the infant’s weight in kilograms. The acceptable range is between 0.5 kg and 25 kg. Ensure to use increments of 0.01 kg for precision.

  2. Length/Height: Enter the infant’s length or height in centimeters, within the range of 30 cm to 120 cm. Utilize a precision of 0.1 cm.

  3. Head Circumference: Enter the infant’s head circumference, measured in centimeters. Make sure it falls within 25 cm to 55 cm, with a precision of 0.1 cm.

  1. Age in Months: The calculator will compute the infant’s age in months based on the dates provided.

  2. Weight-for-age Percentile: This indicates the infant’s weight percentile compared to other infants of the same age and gender.

  3. Length/Height-for-age Percentile: Shows how the infant’s height compares to peers.
