This guide will walk you through using the Peso Calculator, a tool designed to convert amounts from USD to various types of Peso. Follow the steps below to perform a conversion.

Step 1: Enter Amount in USD

• Locate the input field labeled Amount in USD.
• Enter the amount of money in USD you wish to convert. Ensure that the number is greater than or equal to 0.01.
• The input should be in increments specified by 0.01 (e.g., 0.01, 0.02, etc.).

Step 2: Select Peso Type

• Find the dropdown menu labeled Select Peso Type.
• Click on the dropdown menu to see a list of options.
• Select the type of Peso to which you want to convert the USD amount. Options include:
• Mexican Peso (MXN) – Exchange rate: 19.50
• Philippine Peso (PHP) – Exchange rate: 56.50
• Chilean Peso (CLP) – Exchange rate: 850.25
• Cuban Peso (CUP) – Exchange rate: 4.17
• Colombian Peso (COP) – Exchange rate: 350.75
• Dominican Peso (DOP) – Exchange rate: 44.50
• Uruguayan Peso (UYU) – Exchange rate: 47.25
• Select one option to continue the conversion process.

Step 3: View the Results

• Once you have entered the amount in USD and selected a Peso type, the calculator will automatically perform the conversion.
• The result will be displayed in the following fields:
• Converted Amount: This field shows the amount after conversion, formatted to two decimal places.
• Exchange Rate Used: Displays the exchange rate that was used for the conversion in the format “1 USD = X”, where X is the selected exchange rate value.
• Inverse Exchange Rate: Indicates the inverse exchange rate in the format “1 Peso = X”, calculated to four decimal places.
