This guide will walk you through using the Productivity Calculator step by step to measure your work efficiency and productivity based on your input data.

Step 1: Enter Your Daily Work Hours

  • Details: Input the number of hours you work each day. You must enter a value between 0.5 and 24, in increments of 0.5.

This is a required field, so ensure the hours you work daily are filled in before proceeding.

Step 2: Specify Your Break Time

  • Field: Break Time (minutes)
  • Type: Number
  • Details: Record the total duration of your breaks in minutes. Acceptable values range from 0 to 240, in 5-minute increments.

This field is also mandatory and needs to be completed for accurate calculations of productivity.

Step 3: Select Your Focus Level

  • Field: Focus Level
  • Type: Select
  • Options:
    • Low (Frequently Distracted)
    • Medium (Occasionally Distracted)
    • High (Rarely Distracted)

Choose the option that best represents your focus level during work hours. This is an essential input for the calculator.

  • Details: Provide the total number of tasks you have completed. There is no upper limit, but the minimum value is 0.
