Step 2: Specify Your Average Daily Drinks Before Quitting

  • Input Field: Average Daily Drinks Before Quitting

    • This is a required selection. Choose the range that best reflects your drinking habits before you stopped.
    • Options include ranges like 1-2 drinks, 3-4 drinks, etc.

Step 3: Enter the Average Cost per Drink

  • Input Field: Average Cost per Drink ($)

    • This field requires a numerical value representing the average cost of drinks you consumed.
    • You can input values ranging from $1 to $100. The values should be in increments of 0.5.

Step 4: View Your Results

After entering all the required information, the calculator will generate results that provide insight into your sobriety progress:

  • Days Sober: This calculates the total number of days you have been sober.
  • Months Sober: This calculates the duration in months that you have been sober, rounded to one decimal place.
