- Flour Weight: Enter the total weight of flour you plan to use in grams. This is a required field, and you can enter a value between 1 and 10,000 grams.
- Water Weight: Enter the total weight of water you plan to use in grams. This is also a required field, and the acceptable range is from 1 to 10,000 grams.
- Starter Amount: Enter the amount of sourdough starter you’re using in grams. This field is required and allows input from 0 to 1,000 grams.
Step 2: Select Starter Hydration Percentage
Select the hydration percentage of your sourdough starter from the options given. This is a required choice, and you can select from:
- 100% Hydration
- 75% Hydration
