Step 1: Enter Your Age

- Enter your age in years. Ensure the age entered is between 18 and 120, as per the required range.
Step 2: Enter Your Weight
- Locate the input field labeled Weight (kg).
- Input your current weight in kilograms. The weight should be a number between 30 and 300 kg.
